Terms and Conditions
I. Scope and applicable law
- The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business contacts between the customer and B1 concepts (owner: Marian Balicki).
- Unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing, no other terms and conditions shall apply, even if they have not been separately objected to.
- These General Terms and Conditions and all legal transactions between the contracting parties shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of international uniform law, such as the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- On the part of persons associated with the company, the promise of deviating conditions is not permissible. Verbal agreements are only valid after written confirmation by the seller.
II. conclusion of contract
- The order made by a customer represents an offer, the confirmation of which by the seller is required for the conclusion of the contract.
- An order requires all mandatory fields marked with "*" in the order process.
- At the end of the ordering process, the customer can, after checking his order on an overview page, send it. There is an order confirmation from the store operator by an automated e-mail.
- The contract is not concluded until we expressly accept the customer's offer or send the ordered goods to the address specified in the ordering process.

IV. Payment, Prices
- All prices listed in the online store are final prices. According to § 19 UStG we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show it (small business status).
- There are shipping costs according to the information in our shipping overview.
- Deliveries to a non-EU address may incur import duties and taxes, which are due upon receipt of the shipment at the delivery address.
- The total price, including all applicable charges, will be shown to you in an overview prior to final order placement.
- The prices indicated at the time of the order are valid. We reserve the right to change prices in the online store.
- As a means of payment we offer PayPal. Further information can be found on the corresponding page. In the case of payment with the named service provider, their conditions also apply, which can be viewed on the respective website.
V. Delivery and shipping conditions
- Delivery is made to the delivery address specified in the order process.
- Orders are generally processed within 748 hours and then handed over to DHL as the shipping service provider.
- Shipments to other European countries have a delivery time of five to ten working days for goods with immediate availability according to our experience. Shipments to countries outside of Europe have to be inquired separately, as depending on the shipping route different delivery times may occur.
- If B1 concepts is not able to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of its own because its supplier does not fulfill its contractual obligations, it is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer. The customer will be informed as soon as possible and possible payments already made or other services rendered will be refunded immediately. Legal claims of the customer remain unaffected by this.

- The product information provided by us in the form of photographs and text represents the product as accurately as possible.
- We are not liable for possible errors. We do not guarantee that all pictures accurately represent the appearance of the products.
VII Warranty and Guarantee
- If not agreed separately in writing, the statutory warranty claims apply.
- The 2-year warranty from the date of purchase applies. Within this period we will remove all defects at our expense, as far as they are based on material and manufacturing defects. In these cases, please contact [email protected].
- In order to make a warranty claim, it is necessary to inspect the goods. When returning the goods, please make sure that transport damage due to improper packaging is excluded.
- The transport costs for sending the goods for the inspection of the warranty claim and the return of the goods after the warranty service has been rendered are at our expense.
- Each warranty claim must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, the date of which is the basis for determining the warranty period.
- In the event of a legitimate claim under our warranty service, it will be provided for inspection within 30 business days of receipt.
- The warranty does not apply to:
- optical changes, caused by natural wear or improper use.
- Damage due to improper use or incorrect installation
- Damage due to influences such as fire, accidents
VIII. reservation of proprietary rights
- The delivered goods remain the property of B1 concepts until full payment has been received.
IX. Liability for defects
- Unless otherwise specified below, B1 concepts' liability for damages is limited to grossly negligent and intentional conduct, regardless of the type of breach of duty and including tortious acts.
- In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, we shall be liable for any negligence. However, this liability is limited to the amount of the damage typically foreseeable according to the type of order at the time of conclusion of the contract.
- All limitations of liability do not apply in the case of injury to life, body and health, in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, as well as in cases within the scope of application of the Product Liability Act.
- As far as the liability of B1 concepts is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
- In the event of subsequent performance, we will exclusively choose replacement delivery.
X. Severability clause
Should any provisions of this contract be legally ineffective, invalid and/or void or become so in the course of their duration, this shall not affect the legal effectiveness and validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, the contracting parties undertake to replace the legally ineffective, invalid and/or void (legally ineffective, invalid and/or void) provision with a provision that is legally effective and valid and corresponds in its economic effect to the replaced provision - to the extent possible and legally permissible.
